CANCELLATION POLICY
We are selling mostly perishable goods, which are made to your specification. There isn't much time to cancel an order however, by emailing us at info@flowers2cebu.com within 48 hours of placing your initial order, the order can be cancelled with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 30 days (Non perishable goods may be cancelled within 14 days). Shortages or complaints relating to completed deliveries must be notified by email within 24 hours of receipt and by original purchaser not recipient.
DELIVERY POLICY
It is the responsibility of the shopper to provide us with (at the time of ordering) accurate and complete delivery details including a contact phone number for the recipient. It is also the responsibility of the shopper to check our areas of delivery before making an order to ensure that we actually provide delivery to their chosen area. If a customer should place an order without first checking that we provide service to the chosen location we (Flowers 2 Cebu) may choose to refund any payment made minus credit card handling charges plus our own administrative costs (no greater than 10% of total order value). If we fail to make a delivery to the viable destination (Cebu area listed on delivery page of web-site) because the intended recipient (or representative of recipient) is not there to receive goods on agreed day then we will be deemed to have honoured our part of the contract and no refund will be offered. In the afore mentioned circumstances we may (at our discretion) elect to offer a credit note (for the same goods) to the shopper redeemable either by the shopper or if agreed by the shopper to the intended recipient of the gift goods.
